Frightfully Delightful Giveaway!

Here is a glimpse of the witches hat table decoration made from paper and ribbon. What do you think? I even hand stamped and wet embossed the tulle. I used a CTMH 2" scalloped punch for the sentiment and stamped the image twice. Once in CTMH black ink, and once with Versa Mark and used black glitter embossing powder. Then I cute the embossed bat out and pop dotted it on top of the inked back. Viola! For the center of my ribbon Roses I used CTMH bling buttons.
